Project Overview
The MaxWell Webinars 2023 campaign was developed to promote a series of free online mental health webinars aimed at educating and supporting individuals on a variety of topics, from conflict management to suicide prevention. The goal of this project was to create a visually cohesive, engaging, and informative digital marketing campaign that would attract participants, improve accessibility, and reinforce MaxWell’s brand presence in the mental health and wellness space.
The project involved designing a series of digital promotional assets, ensuring that each webinar had a consistent and professional visual identity while maintaining flexibility for different topics and audiences.
Design Approach
1. Branding & Visual Identity
Minimalist, Clear, and Impactful Layouts: The designs used a clean, structured approach to emphasize readability and professionalism.
Consistent Color Palette: Selected calming and trust-inspiring hues to reflect mental wellness, stability, and resilience across all webinar promotions.
Typography Selection: Headline Typeface: A bold, modern sans-serif font to create strong visual impact and ensure clarity. Body Text Typeface: A clean and approachable font for easy reading, especially for mobile users.
2. Digital Promotion Strategy
A variety of digital assets were created for email campaigns, social media posts, and website promotions, including:
Individual Webinar Promotional Graphics for each topic (e.g., Conflict Management, Self-Esteem, Suicide Prevention).
Call-to-Action (CTA) Optimization: Designed each asset with clear “Join Us – Free Webinar” messaging to encourage sign-ups.
Social Media-Friendly Layouts: Ensured that the promotional materials were optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email newsletters, maintaining high engagement rates.
