Project Overview

This project focused on the design and development of a board member recruitment campaign for WellLife Network, a leading health and human services organization. The objective was to create a compelling, visually engaging, and professional campaign to attract high-caliber individuals with expertise in human resources, real estate, health administration, arts & culture, architecture, development, and marketing to join WellLife Network’s Board of Directors.

The campaign materials needed to reflect the organization’s mission while maintaining a polished and engaging aesthetic to encourage potential board members to take action.

Design Approach

Brand Identity & Visual Elements

Color Palette: A carefully curated mix of Autumn Spice, Soft Coral, Peach Blossom, Sunset Coral, Golden Amber, Rustic Brick, Tropical Teal, Ocean Blue, and Forest Green was used to evoke warmth, trust, and professionalism while maintaining visual harmony.

Typography: The Trade Gothic Next Bold and Light fonts were selected to create a strong, authoritative, and accessible visual hierarchy that guides the reader’s attention through the recruitment message.

Print & Digital Marketing Strategy

Recruitment Flyers & Advertisements: Designed print materials with a bold “Are You the One?” headline to immediately capture interest and encourage engagement.

Call-to-Action (CTA) Optimization: Clearly defined action points directing potential candidates to email their expressions of interest and resumes to a designated contact at WellLife Network.

Multi-Platform Adaptability: Ensured the recruitment materials were optimized for print distribution, email campaigns, and digital display on WellLife Network’s website and social media channels.

Content Structure & Readability

Clear Messaging: Developed a concise yet compelling narrative that outlines WellLife Network’s mission, the role of a board member, and the impact of joining the organization.

Whitespace & Hierarchy: Balanced text and imagery to ensure the design was inviting, easy to read, and effectively communicated WellLife’s recruitment message.

Repetition for Reinforcement: Used a consistent message across different materials to strengthen brand identity and reinforce the call to action.
