
WellLife Network Dance Through the Decades Holiday Party 2024
Project Overview
The WellLife Network 2024 Staff Holiday Party was designed as an immersive event experience centered around the theme “Dance Through the Decades.” The goal of this project was to develop a cohesive visual identity and branding system that captured the spirit of the event while maintaining a polished and professional presentation that aligned with WellLife Network’s brand.
This project required the creation of invitations, event signage, social media assets, and program materials, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. The design needed to evoke nostalgia and excitement while maintaining clarity and accessibility for a diverse staff audience.
Design Approach
1. Event Theme & Branding
Concept Development: The theme “Dance Through the Decades” was visually interpreted using a retro-modern aesthetic, incorporating elements inspired by classic typography, vibrant colors, and era-specific design motifs.
Color Palette: A mix of bold, energetic hues that represented different musical decades, creating a dynamic yet cohesive visual identity.
Typography Selection: Bold sans-serif fonts for key headlines to capture attention and convey energy. • Elegant secondary typefaces for body content, ensuring readability and professionalism.
2. Print & Digital Collateral
A variety of print and digital assets were designed to support the event, including:
Invitations & RSVP Cards: A visually engaging invitation designed for both print and email distribution, ensuring accessibility for all staff.
Signage & Event Branding: Large-format posters, 24x36-inch event welcome signs, and directional signage to create a branded event atmosphere. Thematic banners reinforcing the “Dance Through the Decades” experience.
Social Media & Digital Promotion: Custom graphics with event details, RSVP links, and hashtag integration (#WLNParty2024) to encourage online engagement. Tagging prompts (@WellLifeNetwork) to enhance social media visibility.
3. Event Program & Engagement Materials
Detailed Event Agenda: Created a structured timeline of activities, ensuring clear communication of the night’s events. Key highlights included: Registration & Cocktail Hour, CEO Welcome Remarks, Dinner & Entertainment, Costume Contest & Prize Announcements, Raffle Drawings & Grand Prizes
Custom Raffle Ticket & Prize Display: A specially designed raffle prize announcement board featuring premium prizes such as Apple Watch SE, Ooni Outdoor Pizza Oven, and $200 gift cards.
