WellLife Network Annual Benefit Gala 2023

Project Overview

The WellLife Network Annual Benefit Gala 2023 was a high-profile fundraising event held at The Morgan Library & Museum in New York City. The goal of this project was to design and develop a sophisticated, visually engaging branding system that aligned with the prestigious nature of the event while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and an immersive experience for attendees.

This project required a cohesive design approach for invitations, event programs, sponsorship packages, signage, and digital marketing assets to effectively communicate the gala’s mission, honorees, and partnership opportunities.

Design Approach

1. Visual Identity & Branding

Concept Development: The theme of the gala emphasized elegance, legacy, and impact, represented through a refined typographic hierarchy and rich color palette.

Color Palette: A luxurious combination of Crimson Sunset, Shadow Veil, Magenta Mango, and Crimson Sunrisewas chosen to evoke warmth, prestige, and exclusivity.

Typography Selection: Acumin Condensed Bold was used for headlines and key event details, ensuring a strong visual impact. Acumin Condensed Light was used for body text, creating a balanced, high-end reading experience.

2. Print & Digital Collateral

To ensure a seamless and well-branded experience, a variety of materials were designed, including:

Event Invitations & Sponsorship Packages: A professionally crafted invitation suite with tiered sponsorship details, outlining opportunities for corporate partners and individual donors.

Gala Program & Agenda: A structured event guide that detailed the evening’s schedule, honoree recognition, and organizational impact.

Signage & Venue Branding: Large-format welcome signs, sponsor recognition boards, and directional signage to guide guests effortlessly through the venue. Elegant table placards and name cards for a polished event setup.

Social Media & Digital Promotions: Custom graphics for email invitations, social media teasers, and live event coverage. Sponsor branding and recognition through digital screens at the event.

3. Sponsorship Integration & Fundraising Strategy

Tiered Sponsorship Tiers: Designed sponsorship packages for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors, providing various levels of brand visibility throughout the event.

Corporate Partnership Recognition: Strategically incorporated logos and branding of major sponsors, ensuring high-value exposure.

Fundraising Call-to-Actions (CTAs): Encouraged donations through interactive sponsorship presentations and program materials.
