WellLife Network Annual Benefit Gala 2019

Project Overview

The 2019 WellLife Network Annual Gala was a premier fundraising event aimed at celebrating the organization’s impact and securing continued support for its programs. The event branding needed to convey elegance, prestige, and community spirit, creating a visually engaging experience that inspired donors and supporters.

Creative Approach

The event’s visual identity was developed with a focus on sophistication, clarity, and brand consistency, ensuring a seamless and polished look across all materials.

Key design elements included: Typography – a refined combination of Futura PT Book for a sleek, modern feel and Scotch Roman & Scotch Italic for a touch of timeless elegance. Color Palette – a luxurious blend of Deep Teal, Midnight Blue, Gleaming Gold, Sandstone Beige, and Deep Sky Blue, evoking a sense of sophistication and celebration.

Print & Digital Materials – a cohesive suite of designs including: Gala Invitations & RSVP Cards – featuring refined typography and elegant color combinations. Event Program – providing a structured overview of the evening’s schedule, honorees, and impact stories. Signage & Banners – ensuring a strong brand presence throughout the venue. Digital & Social Media Assets – extending the campaign’s reach through targeted promotional efforts.

Execution & Impact

The gala branding successfully established a memorable and engaging atmosphere, reinforcing WellLife Network’s mission and encouraging generosity. The design elements played a crucial role in: Elevating the event’s prestige through a high-end visual presentation. Enhancing guest experience with well-structured materials for easy navigation. Driving engagement & donations by reinforcing the importance of WellLife Network’s initiatives. This project highlights my expertise in high-end event branding, fundraising campaign design, and multi-platform visual storytelling, ensuring that design enhances both experience and impact.
